InProVe researchers reunited at EFFoST 2019

Several InProVe researchers presented their work at the food science and technology conference EFFoST in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in November.

In between the busy schedule they found time to meet and update each other on the progress of their work.

At the conference, Bart van Droogenbroeck gave the presentation “Toroidal cans as energy saving tools in the thermal processing of vegetable and potato food products”, while Trond Løvdal, Dagbjørn Skipnes and David Alonso de Mezquía presented posters.

The attendees represent project partners ILVO,  Nofima, RISE and the University of Mondragon.
